Purpose: Develop attitudes of and practice in good citizenship, promote
harmonious
relations throughout the entire school, improve school morale,
provide a
forum for student expression, assist in the management of the school

promote the general welfare of the school.

organize, and promote activities that support school spirit, a

Student Council |
This is the student government
organization led by school-elected student council officers,
class officers and representatives. They are sometimes
consulted by school administrators on school issues. They
run the pep rallies, assemblies, and Spirit Week. They also
participate in charitable fund raising. |

Senior Class |
They are led by their four class
officers elected in the spring. They assist in plans for
Senior Banquet, cap and gown measurements, and graduation
activities. |

Junior Class |
They are led by their four class
officers elected in the previous spring. Junior Prom
Committee - Junior officer led group that makes decisions
about the "big event". |

Sophomore Class |
They are led by their four class
officers elected in the previous spring. They also have a
fund raiser. |

Freshman Class |
They are led by their four class
officers elected in the fall. They participate in a fund
raiser. |

Freshman Success |
Student leaders assist Freshmen
in their transition to high school during homeroom and the
designated activity periods. |
